- Account & profile: full name, email address(es), role, and avatar.
- Student details (for students): student number, school and personal email, contact number, course/program, year level, and section.
- Activity: memberships, followed organizations, event attendance, election participation, posts, and feedback you submit.
- Technical: basic usage data and preferences (such as theme and text size) stored in your browser.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Platform: to verify accounts, manage organizations and memberships, run events and elections, track co-curricular records, send notifications, and improve the service.
4. How Information Is Shared
Your profile and participation may be visible to organization officers and administrators relevant to your activity. Access to records is controlled by role-based security (Row-Level Security). We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored using Supabase. We apply access controls and role-based policies to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep it confidential.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management, and local storage for your appearance preferences (theme, font size, brightness). These are required for the Platform to function as expected.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet institutional requirements.
8. Your Rights
You may review and update certain profile details from your profile page. For corrections to registration details (student number, program, year level, section, school email), or to request account removal, contact an administrator.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
