1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ITECHEngage ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
ITECHEngage is intended for students, officers, faculty, and administrators of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines — Institute of Technology (PUP-ITECH). You must provide accurate registration details, including your student number and program where applicable.
3. Accounts & Verification
New accounts are reviewed by an administrator before full access is granted. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content; (b) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) disrupt elections, attendance, or accreditation processes; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems; or (e) use the Platform for spam or commercial solicitation.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, news, documents, feedback). By submitting, you grant the Platform a license to display and distribute it within ITECHEngage for its intended purpose. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Organizations, Elections & Records
Organization officers and administrators manage memberships, events, elections, and accreditation. Voting and attendance features are provided in good faith; any attempt to manipulate results may lead to suspension and referral to the appropriate office.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that are created with false information, subject to review by administrators.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" for campus engagement. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
